Prince Andrew School (PAS) students received their GCSE, AS and A-Level results on Friday Aug 23 in the PAS school hall.
Many students went away with good grades. Former student council president, Isaac Greentree got his AS grades at the ceremony and shared his plans for the future.
"I am very happy with my results and hopefully, if all goes well with year 2 then university will be the way," he said. "If my [A-Level] results go well then hopefully I can get a scholarship and go to university to study telecommunications."
Once Students were presented with their results, they were then able to review their future options for continued schooling, apprenticeships and work. Both SHG and Solomons had booths set up in the hall so that students could look at options with those organisations.
Chair of the Education Committee, Councillor Clint Beard gave SAMS his view of the student's achievements.
"Looking around the room here you can see that hard work has paid off and with the support of the parents, the teachers and all the staff; I think we as an island are very proud," he said.
