On 13 February, 2013, World Radio Day, hosted programming began with the launch of the new station name, SAMS Radio 1.
Further hosted programming is slowly being phased in as the studio music database continues to be built.

Technical issues remain with the FM network, mainly with our repeater at High Knoll. Equipment and parts have now been received to help resolve these issues, and work is now underway to resove these issues.
Listeners are reminded that until the network is fully operational, it is still subject to breaks in transmission as work continues.
The FM radio frequencies on island are:
High Knoll: 90.5MHz
Blue Hill: 105.3MHz
Online streaming is hoped to be in place in early March.
